I am so glad that he was taking care of thoes people were very kind

in helping him.Then to find out the owners were not even looking for him in this horriable weather WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE

I hope they take  better care of him from now on.

if he gets out again he may not be so lucky next time

Food will always be here for the feral cats, so as soon as I see a plate "licked clean" I will know Thor is back.  He can count on us to check on his welfare.  If he gets lost again, he knows he can come here for food and rescue.  If this happens again, "rescue" will not have the same definition it did this morning.  There are laws against leaving dogs "loose." I don't know how this poor dog stayed alive all this time, but I'm glad he did.  Thor has one of the nicest dispositions I have ever encountered.  Thor is a "giant" sweetheart.
